Terms

  • A 50% deposit secures your date once you accept the proposal.
  • Final balance terms are set out in your proposal.
  • Cancel more than 14 days before your event and we refund your deposit; within 14 days the deposit is kept. Any balance already paid is refunded.
  • If you cancel, card refunds are made less the card processing fee. We are unable to refund the processing fee, as our card processor does not return those fees to us. Refunds go back to the payment method used. Nothing is deducted from refunds of bank-transfer payments.
