The 14-day window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us within that window and we’ll arrange it. The piece must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Write to shop@backgammon.com with your order number and your return request. If needed, we may ask for photos of the item’s condition.
- Once your return is approved, we will send the return address plus packing and shipping details. You can either ship it yourself or ask us to generate a discounted shipping label for you.
- Pack the piece in its original box and ship it back with a tracked service.
- Once we receive the item(s) in good condition, we will refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
What we can’t accept
- Pieces with signs of use, marks, or missing components.
- Final-sale items, identified at the time of purchase.
Damaged on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days with photos and we’ll help you set up an exchange for the same item. See shipping § damaged in transit.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3-7 business days to surface the credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
