Where we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Rates & timing

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $25 on orders under $900, and free on orders of $900 or more. Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days.

Carriers

Orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Every shipment includes tracking, and certified (signature-required) delivery is available. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order ships we may not be able to change it.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, let us know within 14 days with photos and we’ll help you to set up an exchange for the same item.

Lost in transit

If tracking goes quiet for more than five business days, write to us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund.
